Shipping Rates and Returns Info

Shipping in the USA is a flat $10.00 per order.

Canada Orders have a flat rate $50.00 per order.

We do not allow returns of custom molds under any circumstances. We provide our customers with a graphic mockup of the chocolates taken directly from the laser cut files we use to make the custom molds and the customer must look them over carefully to make sure there aren't any errors in the artwork before we commit to making the molds.

The actual custom molds will always be much better than the mockups as the mockup software we use can only do what it can to provide a close representation of the finished chocolates made from the molds.

We have been making custom chocolate molds over 24 years now and have a very good grasp on what will work and what will not as a chocolate mold.
