(1.) On this site using our shopping cart from the Order Here page. PREFERRED

(2.) You may also send a check or money order, by mail.

Note: Please make all Checks or Money Orders made payable to Thermal Formed Plastic. We will email you a total before you send a check, so contact us via email or by phone with your desired order before sending a check so we can inform you of the totals and shipping cost. Please provide us with a phone number so we may call you if we need to.
We do not take International orders or Western Union payments of any kind at this time.

Credit Card payments. We use PayPal® payments for all Credit or Debit Cards as payment. PayPal® also has pay by check options. Payments are paid to sales@customsweets.com and the PayPal payment page will show MOLD WAREHOUSE as the business being paid.

Shipping charges - Generally all items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and takes between 5 - 15 days delivery.

Return Policy - There are no returns on custom items. We strive to do our best to make sure you get what you ordered before we ship out to you.

Sales tax We pay the sales tax in Arizona.

E-mail us at sales@customsweets.com if there are any problems at all or if you have concerns we need to address.

Freight Policy
All shipments weighing less than 70 pounds will be sent via US Postal Service (all products on this site). Shipments weighing more than 70 pounds are shipped by common carrier or bus, whichever is cheaper. All shipments are F.O.B. Tucson, Arizona. All items that weigh more than 70 lb. will require prearranged shipping and charges will be done separately from the order of the merchandise in advance of the shipment.

Custom Orders
Non-stock items and custom-made items are not cancelable or returnable. Also, all deposits or payments toward such items are nonrefundable.

Loss and Damage Claims
Claims for lost shipments or for damages to merchandise incurred in transit must be filed with the carrier. Claims for shortages in any shipment will be honored after five working days from the date of shipment. Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt.

Back Orders
Since we manufacture our own products to order, we do not anticipate any shortages of products. If in an event where raw material or additional support or component supplies delay an order being shipped we will email you with the expected ship date.

Prices
Due to changeable market conditions and circumstances beyond our control, all published prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipped at current prices.

Liability
Due to the nature of some of our items, we will not accept liability for misuse, damage to property or injury to persons unless this is due to manufacturing flaws or negligence on our part. - e.g. Marbles and other small playing pieces from games we may offer on this site or other sites we have, or plastic candy molds may not be appropriate for use by small children.
